To connect an existing premises, if you advise us before 3pm on any business day we will aim to connect you no later than the next business day. IMPORTANT: If you are moving within the next three business days you should call us immediately to avoid delays.
If your account is to be in joint names call us on 1300 11 SEPN (1300 11 7376) ensure both customers are available to speak to the operator.
Standard or priority connections occur between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
