How do I disconnect the electricity supply out of my name?

You can request a disconnection of your electricity supply by sending us an email at admin@sepn.com.au and provide us with your new mailing address. An SEPN representative will contact you within 24 hours (or next business day) of receiving your application.

Alternatively you can call us on (08) 7009 4555 to arrange your electricity disconnection.
